Arsenal are busy readying their plans for the upcoming summer transfer window.
Andrea Berta is the man in charge of new additions now, and the Italian is exploring several opportunities on the market.
A new striker is what every Arsenal supporter is waiting to see arrive, but the Gunners need reinforcements in other areas of the pitch too.
Another attacker is a necessity for Mikel Arteta, preferably out wide, but Arsenal are not against bringing in a versatile player for that role either.
Here’s the latest on one of them.
Arsenal are refusing to rule out a move for Eberechi Eze and another versatile player
Arsenal have been linked with a move to sign several attackers over the last few months.
Nico Williams is the top target and he would be brilliant, but the Spaniard is not the only name on Berta’s wish list going into the summer window.
Arsenal Insider exclusively revealed recently that Borussia Dortmund star Jamie Bynoe-Gittens is on Arsenal’s list, and the Gunners have even held talks with his representatives.
GiveMeSport have now backed that claim, and the outlet also confirms Arsenal’s interest in Rafael Leao.
Furthermore, the report claims that ‘Arsenal have refused to rule out the possibility of making a move’ for two other attackers – Eberechi Eze and Xavi Simons.
Arsenal fans have been keen for Eze to join for a long time now, most recently after his performance for Crystal Palace against the Gunners in a game in which he scored a great goal past David Raya.
Eze would be a brilliant option for Arteta, not just because of his talent and ability but also because he is versatile enough to play on either wing, as a number 10 and also in a box-to-box midfield role.

How much will Eberechi Eze cost Arsenal?
Eze is one of the most exciting players to watch in the Premier League.
The England international has been outstanding for Palace in recent years, and he has shown that he is capable of playing for a bigger side.
However, Eze will not be cheap.
Sky Sports revealed in September that Eze’s £68 million release clause will be active again this summer for interested clubs to trigger.
Palace will likely hold out for that figure, but it remains to be seen if clubs can convince them to lower their demands as Eze will enter the final two years of his deal in July.
Previously a part of Arsenal’s academy, Eze admitted he cried when the Gunners released him at the age of 13.
