The South Coast club are now eager to keep hold of the 19-year-old for at least another season and are ready to hand him an improved deal.

However, with several top Premier League clubs circling, they could face a strong battle to convince him to remain at the Vitality Stadium.

Bournemouth are ready to offer Eli Junior Kroupi a new contract

AFC Bournemouth are ready to offer Eli Junior Kroupi a new contract ahead of the summer transfer window, according to TalkSPORT.

After netting 12 goals in 31 Premier League games during his debut season in England, the France U21 star is now in high demand.

Arsenal are one of the clubs keen on Kroupi, with Manchester United also interested in signing the Premier League attacker.

Arsenal are ready to stick by Viktor Gyokeres next season, but seem intent on adding another striker to their ranks.

Gabriel Jesus could leave Arsenal in the summer, making room for another attacker to arrive, and Kroupi could be the perfect option.

The teenager can play in several roles across the front line, and his versatility would make him a great option for Mikel Arteta’s squad.

Although, according to The Times, Bournemouth want £100 million for the striker, which could make a deal very tricky.

But following his very impressive breakout campaign in the Premier League, the 19-year-old should certainly be one of the top names on Andrea Berta’s list.

Julian Alvarez is another top target for the Gunners, but Kroupi could be a great, younger alternative should the Argentine end up elsewhere.

Barcelona and PSG also want Alvarez, which could force the North London club to look elsewhere for a new striker.
