Arsenal are working really hard to bolster their academy.

The Gunners already have one of the best youth setups in the world. They have produced incredibly talented young players who have helped save millions in recent years.

If there’s one thing you could change about the Arsenal academy, what would it be and why?

The Arsenal academy is already the best, but what would make them even better?

Mikel Arteta has shown that he is not afraid to give senior opportunities to talented academy stars, while Andrea Berta is aiming to add more quality behind the scenes.

The latest teenager Arsenal wanted to sign was 16-year-old Leo Dorsin, but they have now missed out.

Norway have been producing several talented players in recent years.

Arsenal have benefitted with Martin Odegaard, while Manchester City have won multiple trophies already thanks to Erling Haaland.

That has helped Norway qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup as well, and their future looks bright with up-and-coming players like Dorsin.

The 16-year-old is being viewed as a huge talent, with some branding him as the ‘next Lamine Yamal‘ and the ‘new Martin Odegaard’, according to Tips Bladet.

He’s so highly rated that massive clubs like Arsenal flew him out to London for a trial, as did the likes of Manchester City, Barcelona, PSG and Ajax to their respective training grounds.

Having attended all of those trials, many expected Dorsin to end up at one of the big clubs, but the report now claims that he has decided to take a different route.

The teenager has joined FC Nordsjaelland, where he has signed a three-year deal.

It remains to be seen now if Arsenal will continue to monitor Dorsin or focus on other young players across Europe to join their already-incredible academy side.

Could this be Arsenal’s starting XI in 10 years?

Arsenal have already agreed deals to sign three elite youngsters

Missing out on a talent like Dorsin is a shame, but Arsenal have nothing to worry about.

The Gunners have top-class youngsters coming through the ranks already, and they have secured deals for three others as well.

Shamrock Rovers forward Victor Ozhianvuna has been signed by Arsenal, and he will officially arrive at the club when he turns 18.

The same applies to Ecuadorian twins Edwin and Holger Quintero, who have been compared to Ronaldinho.

That is really exciting if you’re an Arsenal fan, and we can’t wait to see who else Berta will target in the coming months.
