Arsenal are looking to land a striker in the coming months of the transfer window, with hopes of finding that player who will make a big difference.
Mikel Arteta has been hoping to add a centre-forward, even with the impressive form of Kai Havertz and the potential option of Gabriel Jesus.
Plenty of links have been flying around potential deals, with Viktor Gyokeres linked to Arsenal, along with the likes of Matheus Cunha and more.
One of the biggest rumours has surrounded a transfer for Alexander Isak, with a switch to Arsenal heavily touted.

Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher on Alexander Isak transfer
Both Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher were full of praise when discussing Arsenal transfer target Alexander Isak.
The Swedish international has impressed since making his way into the Premier League, featuring heavily for Newcastle since joining from Real Sociedad.
Isak scored an impressive strike against Liverpool in midweek action, leading to plenty more talk around a potential deal.
When discussing the forward on the Overlap watch along, Neville started off by asking: “Isak is a threat, isn’t he?”
Carragher rang the praises of Isak, stating: “He’s the one everyone wants, isn’t he? If you’re Liverpool or you’re Arsenal, it’s Isak isn’t it?”
“Liverpool and Arsenal in for him, do you reckon?” Neville responded, with his pundit counterpart stating: “Should be, he misses a lot of games though, doesn’t he?”
It’s a clear transfer instruction surrounding the Gunners, who are still on the look out for a potential striker this January.
However, the injury issues may ask some serious questions about whether Arsenal should sign Isak in January or not.

Alexander Isak injury record
Since joining Newcastle, Isak has had four serious injuries that have seen him missed upwards of 180 days of action.
Ranging from muscular problems to broken bones, the 25-year-old is occasionally in and out of the team, questioning the availability.
| Injury | Time out |
| Thigh muscle | 106 days |
| Groin muscle | 30 days |
| Groin muscle | 24 days |
| Broken toe | 33 days |
It remains to be seen whether Arsenal will still pursue a deal for Isak, with a clear sign of quality but questions over his fitness.
Given the fixture congestion, availability may be just as important as the ability of a player for the Gunners.
