Mikel Arteta’s side have just secured a huge 5-1 victory over title rivals Manchester City.
In what was a make-or-break game for the Gunners, a number of Arsenal players impressed at the Emirates.
Declan Rice was instrumental and David Raya was a brick wall, there will however be one Arsenal player in particular taking all the headlines – namely Myles Lewis-Skelly.
Having been defensively solid all evening, the 18-year-old topped off his impressive performance with a beautifully taken goal.
Lewis-Skelly would even mock Erling Haaland’s celebration – something Arsenal fans can’t stop talking about.

The Gunners will be glad Lewis-Skelly’s Wolves red card was overturned as the 18-year-old played a key role in their victory over the Citizens.
With that being said, Arsenal fans haven’t been shy in hiding their praise for the youngster, with one supporter saying (via X):
“Myles Lewis-Skelly is a joke. You shouldn’t be this good at 18.”
A third fan added: “We are seeing the development of the modern day left-back in Myles Lewis-Skelly. What an outstanding player.”
“Myles Lewis Skelly is better than Ashley Cole, I’m sorry guys I’ve seen enough,” another supporter said.
Gary Neville is a big fan of Lewis-Skelly’s performance
Lewis Skelly has been no stranger to praise in recent weeks and his display against Manchester City was just yet another example.
After being substituted in the 90th minute, the Emirates crowd gave the youngster a much-deserved standing ovation – with Gary Neville honing in on his performance.
While commentating for Sky Sports, the former Man Utd man said:
“Lewis-Skelly has been brilliant. He is fearless.”
England scouts have been watching Lewis-Skelly and it would be no surprise to see Thomas Tuchel hand the youngster a call-up if he continues his impressive run of form.
