Arsenal fans react to Raheem Sterling’s performance v Crystal Palace
Raheem Sterling has not enjoyed his time at the Emirates Stadium since signing from Chelsea on loan and he endured another difficult evening up against defender Tyrick Mitchell.
Arsenal fans have taken to X to voice their opinions over the winger with one fan stating: “This Raheem Sterling fall off needs to be studied.”
Another Gunners fan joked that Arsenal were at another man disadvantage this season, they wrote: “Arsenal playing with one man less without a red card. Raheem Sterling is that man.”
Whilst one fan questioned Arteta’s decision to select Sterling over the young Hale End talent on the bench, they wrote: “Why is Arteta playing Raheem Sterling? Why not give a chance to the young players on the bench?”
Raheem Sterling’s Arsenal future uncertain
Galatasaray are interested in Sterling for a potential summer switch and the 30-year-old winger in unlikely to be retained by the Gunners following his unsuccessful loan spell.
Sterling has made just 14 appearances in the Premier League this season and is yet to register a single goal in the league with his only strike coming in the Carabao Cup.

Fabrizio Romano revealed Arsenal’s stance on Sterling that the club are not willing to pursue a permanent deal given his struggles this season and his latest performance would have done nothing to change any minds.
It remains to be seen where Sterling tries to resurrect his faltering career but it is highly unlikely to be in North London.
