Arsenal fans are fuming that Ben White has suffered another injury after he played three games in the space of just ten days.

White was forced off against Wolves with a hamstring injury and replaced by Myles Lewis-Skelly after just 30 minutes at the Emirates Stadium.

What should Arsenal do with Ben White after picking up yet another injury?

Ben White has had no luck in recent times.

The 28-year-old had only just made his return from another issue and hadn’t played much football before he was thrown into the deep end at Arsenal.

The Gunners’ supporters are now fuming at Mikel Arteta for starting him against Brentford, Club Brugge and Wolves in the space of just ten days.

Ben White is set to miss one month due to injury

Following scans on his hamstring, Ben White is expected to miss around one month due to injury, according to The Sun.

The defender could now miss games against Everton, Crystal Palace, Brighton, Aston Villa, Bournemouth, Liverpool, Portsmouth and Nottingham Forest.

It’s such a shame as White was just returning to great form for Arsenal and was reminding everyone of why he is so highly rated at the club.

Against Brentford, White was particularly impressive as he linked up so well with Noni Madueke to set up Mikel Merino’s opening goal.

There was even talk of White making a return to the England squad ahead of next summer’s World Cup, and with Thomas Tuchel now in charge.

However, that progress has now been halted once again, and the defender is set to join Cristhian Mosquera in being sidelined until the New Year.

Arsenal fans are fuming at Mikel Arteta after Ben White’s injury

Arsenal fans are fuming at Arteta for allowing White to suffer an injury, as there is a sense he should have rotated his defence against Wolves.

Myles Lewis-Skelly was once again left on the bench for the Gunners, and he quite easily could have slotted in at left-back, with Jurrien Timber being moved to right-back.

After learning how long White will miss, Arsenal fans have taken to X to share their frustrations towards the manager’s team selection.

One fan said: “Almost as if White going from playing no one back-to-back matches in over a year to playing four in a row in the space of 10 days wasn’t a good idea…”

“Playing Ben White in three games in the space of a week was a really poor decision from Arteta,” added another.

A third supporter added: “Another month of Arteta rinsing Timber, when is he going to get a break?”

There was yet more frustration aimed towards Arteta: “Don’t know what makes me more annoyed… Ben White not being able to play three games in a row, or Arteta not knowing he can’t play three games in a row.”

Finally, another simply said: “I have no sympathy for Mikel on this. Should never have started him the other day.”
