Catch all the latest Arsenal news, including updates on Cristhian Mosquera, Leandro Trossard and transfer records.
Arsenal’s pre-season camp is ramping up this summer, as the players are currently in Spain for their latest round of tests.
While training is underway, next week will see the Gunners jet off to Asia, where they will take part in some friendlies.
At the same time, there is an expectation that several new faces will join the group in the next few days to bolster the squad.
So, with that said, here’s a look at the latest Arsenal news ahead of another busy day of action.
Manager fumes over Cristhian Mosquera to Arsenal transfer
Arsenal are closing in on the signing of Cristhian Mosquera from Valencia in a deal that will improve the defensive ranks for the coming season.
While the Gunners will be very pleased with the business, Valencia boss Carlos Corberan is seemingly less thrilled.
According to journalist Jordan Davies, Corberan is claimed to be “fuming” with the sale, which will go ahead in the near future.
Mosquera has one year remaining on his contract but was seemingly unwilling to sign a new deal at the club, prompting the sale.

How Arsenal feel about Leandro Trossard
Arsenal star Leandro Trossard faces a potential exit from the club this summer, as he enters the final year of his contract.
The versatile forward has been linked with plenty of possible suitors, but could still stay and sign a new deal with the Gunners.
That’s according to Sami Mokbel, who said on The Latte Firm: “It’s a situation that Arsenal aren’t ruling out [selling Trossard]. I don’t think they are in a rush to sell him.
“They are talking over a pay rise — I don’t think there is an extension, but certainly a pay rise. I think there is an acceptance at Arsenal that the current deal he is on isn’t a reflection of his output and his importance to the squad.
“There is an acknowledgement behind the scenes at Arsenal that he deserves to be earning more money, and they have looked to rectify that situation.”

Arsenal set to make transfer record
Andrea Berta has made plenty of changes in his time at Arsenal so far, switching things up during the transfer market.
The Gunners look set to make even more additions, having signed three players so far, with another three lined up.
It’ll mean that six players will be signed for the pre-season tour, the first time so many have joined the club for that tour since 1997.
It shows just how quickly the sporting director has worked in the market to ensure that Arsenal have the players they need for the new season.
