Catch all the latest Arsenal news, including updates on the fitness of Arsenal duo Jurrien Timber and Ben White, Real Madrid’s UEFA charge and the pursuit of Viktor Gyokeres.

Arsenal are preparing to visit Goodison Park for one last time in the Premier League before the Toffees head to their new stadium next season.

Leandro Trossard scored the winner in a 1-0 victory last season but Mikel Arteta is aware of Everton’s physical threat and it has generally been a difficult place to travel for the Gunners.

Arteta will want to ensure his players are focused and build momentum ahead of the Champions League tie against Real Madrid, starting with a good performance and result against David Moyes’s side.

So with that said, here’s a look at the latest Arsenal news ahead of another busy day.

Mikel Arteta provides fitness update on Jurrien Timber and Ben White

With news of Gabriel Magalhaes being ruled out for the season, all eyes are now on the fitness of Jurrien Timber and Ben White ahead of the Real Madrid clash.

Speaking at his pre match press conference ahead of the trip to Everton, Arteta ruled out Riccardo Calafiori for the match but was more upbeat about Timber and White.

Arteta stated: ““Yeah, there is a chance. The problem is we have a few of those and we will decide very early tomorrow.”

Whether the Gunners boss takes any risks with the duo just days before the Madrid tie remains to be seen but clearly there is a chance they may be fit.

Real Madrid quartet available for Arsenal clash after UEFA charges

UEFA have cleared Real Madrid quartet of Antonio Rudiger, Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius Jr and Dani Ceballos to play against Arsenal after charges were brought against them following post match celebrations against Atletico Madrid.

Rudiger has been fined €40,000 and given a one match suspended ban, whilst there were also fines of €30,000 and €20,000 for Mbappe and Ceballos respectively.

Carlo Ancelotti will be a relieved man to be able to pick from some of his key players for the quarter final clash, with the first leg at the Emirates Stadium.

Viktor Gyokeres not Arsenal’s number one transfer target

Viktor Gyokeres is being assessed by Arsenal, but he’s not the club’s ‘number one’ transfer target at the moment, Arsenal Insider understands.

TBR Football’s transfer expert Graeme Bailey has told Arsenal Insider that whilst the club admire the Swedish striker, he is not their primary target for the summer.

Bailey explained: “My understanding is that the likes of Gyokeres and [Hugo] Ekitike have perhaps risen up the list a little bit.

“I don’t think Gyokeres is the number one as we speak but he’s clearly one being assessed.”
