Elsewhere, the transfer window is finally open for the first phase of the summer, with the Gunners expected to make some big moves.

So, with that said, here’s a look at the latest Arsenal news ahead of another busy day.

Myles Lewis-Skelly reveals full Arsenal affiliation

Arsenal youngster Myles Lewis-Skelly has been linked with a transfer to Real Madrid, amid uncertainty over his contract situation.

The Hale End academy graduate has just one year remaining on his current deal, putting some doubt on his future.

However, in a recent interview with Ian Wright for the Premier League, Lewis-Skelly has revealed his full love for Arsenal.

He claimed: “For me personally, I’m a fan of the club, so you’re watching it on TV, going to the games, and in your mind you always wanna get to where they’re at. You’re just playing, you’re just enjoying it and see where it takes you.”

It could hint at his full devotion to the club over a potential move to Real Madrid.

Academy stars set for free transfer exit

Arsenal Insider understands that both Nathan Butler-Oyedeji and Jack Henry-Francis will leave the club at the end of their current contracts.

The pair are set to be free agents this summer, with no new deal expected to be offered to them before they expire.

Both have received senior call-ups to the squad this season, with Butler-Oyedeji being handed his debut in that time.

It’s understood that Henry-Francis has interest from League Two, with Barnet, Cheltenham and Crawley all eyeing a move.

Why Declan Rice was missing in England training camp

While the latter two were spotted with the rest of the squad at the Formula One over the weekend, Rice was nowhere to be seen.

That’s because the star midfielder was actually in attendance at Jarrod Bowen’s wedding, meeting up with his old West Ham teammate.
