Arsenal have a number of players who have performed brilliantly this season.
The Gunners are leading both the Premier League and the Champions League tables at the moment and have been described as the favourites to win the two competitions.
That has happened despite all the injuries they have had this term, which shows how much their entire squad has contributed.
One player who has surprised many people is Noni Madueke, and Micah Richards has heaped praise on him now.
Who was the last player Arsenal had who was as exciting as Noni Madueke?
Micah Richards says Arsenal star Noni Madueke looks like a ‘new player’
Arsenal signed Madueke from Chelsea in the summer transfer window.
The England international was not a popular target by any means. Many Arsenal supporters were against the signing. Some even created a petition to stop it.
However, Mikel Arteta stuck to his guns and brought Madueke in, and the former Tottenham man has impressed everyone with his performances.
Wayne Rooney admitted he was wrong about Madueke after watching him recently, and after watching his performance against Brentford, Richards is impressed too.

Speaking about the winger on the Rest is Football podcast, he said: “I thought the link-up between Ben White and Madueke down that side was very good.
“Madueke looks like a new player. He only came from Chelsea, and there were a lot of question marks, maybe because everyone expected them to get a striker in, and they went for him early doors, but he’s really playing well now.
“Saka can actually have a rest knowing that Madueke can do the business.”

How do you rate Noni Madueke’s signing out of 10?
There’s a big problem with Noni Madueke that Mikel Arteta must solve
Madueke really has been a joy to watch at Arsenal this season.
The 23-year-old’s skills have caused defenders all sorts of problems, and he has been a constant threat every time he has played on the right wing.
However, the problem with Madueke is his end product.
In 10 appearances for Arsenal since joining the club in the summer, the former Chelsea man has one goal and no assists to his name.
His solitary goal was a tap-in against Bayern Munich. They all count the same, but Madueke is capable of so much more.
Arteta has a big job to do with Madueke on this front, and we are convinced that the Arsenal manager will bring the best out of him in the coming months.
