Former Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah has endured a tough season since leaving the club last summer on a permanent deal to join Crystal Palace.
The 25-year-old had left the Emirates Stadium in search of more playing time, having been snubbed for regular minutes by Mikel Arteta in the 2023/24 campaign.
After a summer of interest, Nketiah joined Crystal Palace for £25million, kicking off another journey for the striker.
The months since have seen struggles as the former Arsenal man was left on the bench in favour of Jean-Philippe Mateta.
However, fortunes appear to have turned for him, as Nketiah won the FA Cup with Crystal Palace, before his latest impressive impact for the Eagles.

Troy Deeney praises Eddie Nketiah as former Arsenal star bags brace for Crystal Palace
While it has been a difficult season for Eddie Nketiah, the former Arsenal striker has started to see his fortunes change.
An FA Cup triumph over the weekend was only made sweeter by his return to the starting lineup for Crystal Palace in midweek.
The forward started against Wolves, where he bagged a brace to help his team on their way to a huge 4-2 win in their final home game of the season.
Nketiah had scored just once in the Premier League before that night, displaying just how difficult it has been for him.
However, former striker Troy Deeney has lavished some praise on the star after including him in the BBC Team of the Week.
“Did we see a glimpse of what Crystal Palace could look like without Jean-Philippe Mateta? Maybe,” Deeney said.
“Nketiah has had a tough season at Palace, but great to see him scoring and smiling, and, again, looking ahead to the World Cup, we need young English strikers who are scoring.
“Nketiah will be trying his best to get on the England plane.”
If he can somehow find a run of form over the next year, then the forward can certainly make Arsenal regret sanctioning such a deal when they have their own striker problems.

Arsenal fans delighted for Eddie Nketiah after latest Crystal Palace brace
While he no longer wears the red of Arsenal, supporters can’t help but be delighted to see a Hale End academy graduate like Nketiah do well.
Plenty of fans were seemingly delighted to see the Crystal Palace centre-forward bag a brace for his new side.
Taking to social media, one supporter said: “Nketiah my boy bagging 2 goals per usual.”
Another added: “Just witnessed an nketiah brace, life just peaked a bit.”
The praise continued to pour in as another fan added: “Genuinely happy for Nketiah hopefully he gets more game time next season.”
“Eddie Nketiah with a brace for Crystal Palace just 3 days after winning the FA Cup!” another said in jubilation.
“Nketiah is eating good in palace fr,” one fan added.
It shows just how highly thought of Nketiah is among the fanbase, with plenty still cheering him on to succeed away from Arsenal.
