Now that Arsenal have completed the signing of Martin Zubimendi, fans will be wondering what’s next for the Gunners.
So far, two players have arrived at Arsenal during the 2025 summer transfer window.
Kepa Arrizabalaga is a Gunner after signing as part of a £5m deal from Chelsea, a transfer that was unveiled just before Zubimendi arrived.
Zubimendi always had eyes for Arsenal, as he revealed once his move from Real Sociedad was confirmed.
Supporters are desperate to see who sporting director Andrea Berta has up his sleeve in an attacking sense, but first, another midfielder and defender could arrive.
After Zubimendi’s £51m transfer to Arsenal was announced, Arsenal Insider considered who the next three names on the Gunners’ arrivals board could be.

Arsenal’s possible next three signings after Martin Zubimendi
Berta has more than 12 names on his wishlist, as the hunt for a new striker, an attacking midfielder, and at least one winger gets underway.
It’s expected that the frontline entertainers will arrive after those who are already directly in contact with Arsenal.

Cristhian Mosquera
Arsenal have moved smartly for Cristhian Mosquera, who could arrive in N5 as competition for Gabriel Magalhaes and William Saliba.
Valencia are standing firm with regard to their €20m asking price, but as the defender has turned down a contract extension, the Gunners are in the driving seat.
Given how quickly the deal is developing since Arsenal’s interest in Mosquera emerged, there’s a good chance that the 21-year-old could become Mikel Arteta’s third arrival of the summer.

Christian Norgaard
Another player whose arrival could come in the next few weeks is Christian Norgaard, who has already agreed personal terms.
Arsenal could pay as little as £9.3m for the Brentford captain, which is a steal considering the Premier League experience he brings.
Norgaard will give Arteta more flexibility in midfield, particularly after Jorginho’s departure to Flamengo.

Viktor Gyokeres
The signing that everyone is waiting for, a new number nine.
Viktor Gyokeres is desperate to leave Sporting CP this summer, with Arsenal understood to be the Swede’s preferred destination.
Having netted over 50 goals for his club last season, the 27-year-old certainly fits the brief that would’ve been handed to Berta.
Arteta wants a striker in before pre-season, and given how Gyokeres’ time in Lisbon is panning out, a departure will be wanted sooner rather than later for the striker.
