Reports from France suggest that Bradley Barcola will be available next summer, and that should be a real concern for Gabriel Martinelli at Arsenal.

In 2026, Andrea Berta wants to bring another attacker to Arsenal, with the left wing seemingly the position the Italian director is targeting.

Despite concerns over the left wing heading into the new campaign, Martinelli and Leandro Trossard have really stepped up in that role.

But despite both players impressing there, given Martinelli’s inconsistencies and Trossard’s age, it’s likely that an upgrade will be acquired.

Arsenal target Bradley Barcola could soon be available

Arsenal transfer target Bradley Barcola could be made available for transfer by Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the season, according to Loic Tanzi.

Barcola is ‘not entirely satisfied’ at PSG, given his lack of game time, and a move for the French winger could now be on the cards.

He has made just nine starts in Ligue 1 this season under Luis Enrique, due to competition from Khvicha
Kvaratskhelia, Desire Doue, Kang-in Lee and Ibrahim Mbaye.

The French club are keen to renew the 23-year-old’s contract, but it appears as though talks are not progressing as planned.

Arsenal have scouted Barcola ‘extensively’, as per reports, and the Gunners could stand a chance of landing him next summer.

The winger could well be the final piece of the puzzle in the puzzle for Mikel Arteta’s team at the left wing.

Arsenal fans like the idea of signing Barcola, having been impressed by his performances in the Champions League last season.

Gabriel Martinelli must prove himself at Arsenal in title run-in

Gabriel Martinelli is now facing a decisive period in his Arsenal career, with the Gunners strongly considering the options at left wing.

The Brazilian has shown much promise during his five years in North London, but now is the time for him to deliver on that promise.

Martinelli impressed against Crystal Palace in the Carabao Cup; however, he needs to step up on a more consistent basis.

Arsenal considered selling Martinelli back in the summer, but next summer, an exit could well be a possibility if the Gunners sign another winger.
