Arsenal are still looking to sanction some departures before the transfer window slams shut.
Andrea Berta has spent in excess of £250 million on seven different players this summer, while Piero Hincapie is expected to join from Bayer Leverkusen.
The Gunners have a bloated ensemble, with several players not even making the squad for matches in recent weeks, and they therefore must make some sales before the window closes.
The likes of Sambi Lokonga, Fabio Vieira and Reiss Nelson are all expected to leave, while a shock departure could still be on the cards.

Leandro Trossard could still leave Arsenal this summer
Leandro Trossard has been linked with a move away all summer.
However, reports emerged shortly after the beginning of the season that the Gunners were set to offer the Belgian a pay rise, seemingly ruling out a departure.
The North London club were supposedly eager to reward the winger for his durability and reliability in recent seasons.
Trossard’s future is now up in the air once again, with the BBC reporting that the player will be allowed to leave on deadline day if a suitable offer comes in.
The likes of Galatasaray and Brentford have been mooted as potential suitors for the former Brighton man, but nothing concrete has developed on these fronts.
Mikel Arteta left Trossard on the bench against Liverpool, not bringing the 30-year-old on at all despite having another substitution available to him.
The wide forward was also an unused substitute away at Manchester United on the opening day, clearly indicating that he’s deemed surplus to requirements by the Spanish manager.

Arsenal need Leandro Trossard with Kai Havertz injured
Trossard has been described as ‘underrated’ in the past, and his qualities may certainly still be of value to Arsenal, even if he is declining.
In fact, the Gunners arguably shouldn’t sell the player this late in the window.
Kai Havertz will be out for at least two months with a knee injury, meaning the Gunners are light on options up front.

Viktor Gyokeres cannot play every single minute in every competition for Arteta’s team between now and November, and thus, Trossard will likely be useful as a rotation option up front.
While he’s likely slipped behind the likes of Eberechi Eze, Noni Madueke and Gabriel Martinelli on the left wing, there is still a role for him to play as a striker.
In January, when Havertz and Gabriel Jesus have returned to fitness, the Gunners can reassess Trossard’s situation.
