Arsenal have been linked with several players since the end of the summer transfer window.
The Gunners signed eight new players and have found themselves in a tremendous position thanks to their recruitment. They couldn’t have asked for much better.
However, in 2026, Andrea Berta will be active in the market again, and there will likely be some new signings in the summer.
One player who has been heavily linked with a move to Arsenal is Kenan Yildiz, and there is an update about his situation.
This is what Kenan Yildiz can do!
Arsenal target Kenan Yildiz is close to signing a new Juventus contract
Yildiz is one of the best young players in Europe.
The Turk has been incredible for Juventus, directly contributing to 12 goals in 23 appearances. That is a tremendous return for a 20-year-old.
Several reports have claimed that Arsenal are interested in signing Yildiz in the summer. Contract talks between the player and Juventus weren’t going smoothly when that news emerged.

It was revealed that Berta even held talks with Jorge Mendes about a move for his client Yildiz, and that raised the excitement level among Arsenal fans.
However, there is some bad news now.
Gazzetta dello Sport have revealed that Juventus have agreed to meet Yildiz’s financial demands, and a new contract, which will see his wages quadrupled, is set to be signed now.
That means interested clubs like Arsenal will miss out on his signature in 2026.
If you were Andrea Berta and could sign any player in the world right now, who would it be and why?
Kenan Yildiz would’ve been perfect for Arsenal
Arsenal will likely make a move for a new winger in the summer.
Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli have been linked with a move to Saudi Arabia in the past, and the two players could be moved on.
If that happens, a new left-winger will be a priority, and Yildiz, who can play on both flanks, would have been a perfect option.
However, if the report about his new contract at Juventus turns out to be true, Arsenal will have to look elsewhere.
Real Madrid star Rodrygo could become an option for Arsenal after his market value has dropped by 40 per cent since the summer.
