Arsenal have already announced a number of outgoings this summer with the transfer window looking busy with boss Mikel Arteta refreshing his squad at Emirates Stadium.

The Gunners are moving fast to offload any of the players that Arteta has deemed surplus to requirements. Arsenal sporting director Edu is also very active striving to sign the Spaniard’s top targets. The pair are eagerly working to build a squad able to win a Premier League title.

Arteta took the north London natives to within five points of the first Premier League title in Arsenal’s trophy history since their Invincibles campaign in 2003/04 during 22/23. Swoops for Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko in the summer sales helped them climb the table.

Long-serving members of the Arsenal first-team squad including Hector Bellerin, Bernd Leno and Alexandre Lacazette also said goodbye in the summer of 2022. So, who has officially left Arsenal this summer with the Gunners announcing a raft of outings from Emirates Stadium?

Edu is working on further outgoings at Arsenal

At the time of writing, Edu is also working on a number of further outgoings at Arsenal this summer. The Gunners are likely to let Granit Xhaka leave on the back of his strong season in north London. The Guardian reported in May that he could join Bayer Leverkusen for £13m.

While Chris Wheatley reported for 3 Added Minutes this June that Nicolas Pepe is open to a move to Saudi Arabia. Arteta has marked Pepe and Cedric Soares as surplus to requirements at Arsenal following their respective loan transfers to OGC Nice and Fulham during 2022/23.

Yet further outgoings are possible at Arsenal, too, with Folarin Balogun possibly on the cards after his tremendous loan transfer with Stade de Reims. The Sun reports that the striker can leave Emirates Stadium for £35m amid interest from AC Milan, Inter Milan and RB Leipzig.

Crystal Palace also admire Balogun but Arsenal’s price tag is too rich for the Selhurst Park natives. The Eagles were one of an unspecified batch of Premier League teams to consider a move for the American after he hit 21 goals in 37 Ligue 1 games during the 2022/23 season.
