Arsenal are open to letting Jakub Kiwior leave in the summer transfer window, with Serie A clubs circling a potential deal for the defender, Arsenal Insider understands.
The Poland international has spent two years at the Emirates Stadium, joining the club from Spezia in January 2023.
The deal cost in the region of £20million, with Jakub Kiwior showing plenty of promise as both a centre-back and left-back.
His switch to Arsenal has come with some difficulties though, not least when it has come to minutes in the backline.
A defensive partnership of William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes has been solid at centre-back, while there is a stockpile of left-backs available.
That could pave the way for Kiwior to leave Arsenal over the summer transfer window, despite previous stances from the club.

Arsenal open to Jakub Kiwior transfer exit
Over the past few transfer windows, Jakub Kiwior has been linked with a potential Arsenal transfer exit, with plenty of interest shown in the defender.
That included a possible switch in the previous January transfer window, though Arsenal turned down an exit for Kiwior.
In the months ahead, that could all change though, as TBR Football’s Graeme Bailey told Arsenal Insider recently.
On the future of Kiwior, he said: “I think Jakub Kiwior as an exit is quite likely. He’s been wanting to go back to Italy as we’ve known for quite a while and they can get good money for him.
“A lot of Serie A clubs would happily take him back so I think Arsenal will finally allow him to go this summer.”
It’s a huge U-turn on the 25-year-old, given how keen Arsenal and Mikel Arteta were to keep him over the recent January transfer window.
Whether that will see the Gunners enter the market for another versatile centre-back option or not remains to be seen.
Jakub Kiwior’s difficult Arsenal season so far
While Jakub Kiwior would’ve hoped to make an impression this season, he hasn’t quite managed to do that.
The defender has struggled for minutes and appearances, firmly falling into a bench option while other stars have managed to cover for injuries.

Kiwior faces a huge decision in the summer as to whether he should stay to fight for a position or make the move elsewhere.
Given the lack of a pathway to more minutes ahead of him, the latter may well appear the most likely option.
