It’s already been a busy summer at the Emirates, with Andrea Berta moving quickly to secure five signings.

Kepa Arrizabalaga, Christian Norgaard, Martin Zubimendi, Noni Madueke and Cristhian Mosquera have all been announced as new Arsenal players, with a deal for Viktor Gyokeres expected to be official at any point.

So with that said, here’s a look at the latest Arsenal transfer news and rumours.

Eberechi Eze has told Crystal Palace he wants to join Arsenal

After securing Gyokeres, Arsenal still want to add one more player to Mikel Arteta’s ranks this summer.

Top of the list is Eberechi Eze, as the Gunners look to bolster the left-hand side of their attack, as well as provide Martin Odegaard with some cover and competition.

According to Football Transfers, Eze has told Crystal Palace that he wants to join Arsenal this summer and that he has already agreed personal terms with the North London club.

Viktor Gyokeres completes Arsenal move

Arsenal have finally landed their man in Viktor Gyokeres, who has signed for the Gunners in a £63 million deal.

Arteta is eager for the Swede to join his squad in Singapore as soon as possible and the expectation is that he’ll fly out to Southeast Asia imminently.

Gyokeres arrived in London on Friday on a private jet and underwent his medical on Saturday.

Arsenal handed Reiss Nelson sale boost

While Arsenal would like to add Eze to their ranks this summer, they may need to sanction some departures before this can materialise, to make space in Arteta’s squad for the England international.

Reiss Nelson is one man who could leave North London, with the player deemed surplus to requirements by the Spaniard.

Fulham are interested in Nelson, although the Cottagers are also now said to be chasing Raheem Sterling.

This initially seemed to be a blow for the Gunners and their hopes of shifting the Hale End star, but Fulham opting for Sterling over Nelson would enable Berta to use the Arsenal academy product in a deal for Eze.

The Italian is reportedly willing to offer cash plus Nelson for Palace’s talisman.
