Arsenal have received a huge morale boost before their first Premier League home match of the season.
Mikel Arteta has handed a full debut to Noni Madueke in place of Gabriel Martinelli in attack as Jurrien Timber also comes in for the injured Ben White.
However, after Arsenal agreed a deal to sign Eberechi Eze from Crystal Palace the club have officially announced the signing of the England international.
With Eze originally coming through the Hale End academy before being released as a 13-year-old boy, the signing is extra special for the fans and the player himself as he reacts to the move.

In a move that Arsenal fans will absolutely love, club legend Ian Wright was involved in a moving announcement video to confirm Eze’s signing.
During the video, Wright asks the question: “Do you want to realise those dreams?” in reference to playing for the Gunners.
Eze replies with a simple one-word response: “Obviously.”
Eze was not registered in time to be involved against Leeds United but will be unveiled to the fans before kick off.
He will then watch his new teammates attempt to make it two wins out of two as Arteta picks an exciting line-up.

Arteta is delighted to complete the signing of Eze and speaking to Arsenal’s official website, the Gunners boss has given his reaction.
