Arsenal have been showing a strong interest in Juventus star Kenan Yildiz in recent weeks.
In fact, Juventus’ CEO even publicly stated that Mikel Arteta wants to sign Yildiz, who is valued at around £115m.
It has been reported that Yildiz is open to a move to Arsenal, however, a deal now looks extremely unlikely to materialise.

Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano has now provided the latest on the Gunners’ pursuit of the Turkey international.

Fabrizio Romano rules out Arsenal signing Kenan Yildiz
Speaking on his YouTube channel, Romano has all but confirmed that Arsenal won’t be signing Yildiz from Juve this summer.
“Many of you are asking us about the ongoing rumors from England regarding Kenan Yildiz and Arsenal, because some of the most important newspapers in England, including The Athletic, have continued to link Kenan Yildiz to Arsenal in recent days,” the Italian journalist explained.
“Arsenal would really like Kenan Yildiz, there’s no doubt about that, who wouldn’t want to buy a player of Kenan Yildiz’s calibre?

“But Juventus is starting again after a season that ended painfully, For Juve, he’s a key player; for Juve, he’s a player they can build on for next season and for the future.
“Juve has already done its important work on Kenan Yildiz, renewing his contract, improving his salary, so Juve has moved well in advance and today we must leave the discussion about Arsenal, this is one to put under the heading of ‘Arsenal’s dreams’, not under the heading of ‘reality’.”
It seems Arsenal have already turned their attention to alternative targets, as Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers is being heavily linked to the Emirates Stadium.
Paris Saint-Germain’s Bradley Barcola is also believed to be on Arteta’s transfer wishlist, so the Yildiz deal is clearly over.
