The summer 2025 transfer window has plenty of people focused on who Arsenal might sign, as the Gunners look to strengthen in time for next season.
While Mikel Arteta does need some reinforcements in key areas, many may also be neglecting the potential for some exits within the Arsenal squad.
There have already been a few confirmed for this summer, as Marquinhos joins Cruzeiro on a permanent deal.
Nuno Tavares will join Lazio, while Kieran Tierney is set to return to Celtic and Jorginho is readying a move to Flamengo this summer.
Some other Arsenal stars still face uncertain futures, which Andrea Berta will have to solve with some potential sales.

Five players Arsenal must look at selling in the summer 2025 transfer window
Albert Sambi Lokonga
Albert Sambi Lokonga’s time at Arsenal is almost certainly at an end, with the summer transfer window offering him a chance to leave the club in search of a new challenge.
The midfielder was signed from Anderlecht as a promising option in the central ranks, but never quite hit the heights.
With those struggles at the Emirates Stadium, Lokonga has been on loan at Sevilla for the past season, looking to gain some valuable minutes.
As that loan comes to an end, with the La Liga giants unlikely to trigger a permanent deal clause involved in the loan, the 25-year-old faces a summer where an exit would be best for all involved.
Fabio Vieira
Much like Lokonga, Fabio Vieira was signed as an option with plenty of potential to grow at Arsenal.
The playmaker never quite managed to grab the opportunity with both hands, though, pushing through a loan return to Porto for the past season.
| Appearances | Goals | Assists |
|---|---|---|
| 39 | 5 | 5 |
After some impressive displays for the side, Vieira returns to Arsenal with a very uncertain future.
The Gunners will be wanting to sell the Portuguese star to help raise funds for the forward ranks, where other arrivals are expected this summer.
Reiss Nelson
Reiss Nelson’s time at Arsenal is likely to be up this summer, following plenty of changes in the squad over the past year.
The Hale End academy graduate has been on loan at Fulham, where injuries largely thwarted his campaign.
Nelson returns to the Gunners with his right-wing space taken, as Ethan Nwaneri’s breakthrough has seen him take up that versatile deputy role in the side.
It means a permanent exit is likely, with Berta still looking at other wide options who could join in the weeks ahead.

Oleksandr Zinchenko
Oleksandr Zinchenko was one of Mikel Arteta’s key signings a few years ago, with the defender adding plenty of quality and character to the side.
Fast forward to this season, and the Ukrainian international has seen his influence on the team dwindle.
The arrival of Myles Lewis-Skelly, along with the signing of Riccardo Calafiori, have only reduced minutes for Zinchenko.
With his injury troubles and the strength in depth at left-back and in midfield, it may be time for him to move on.
Jakub Kiwior
Jakub Kiwior has been linked with an Arsenal transfer exit for some time now, as the star looks to make an impact with first-team football.
After an impressive end to the season, filling in for the injured Gabriel Magalhaes, the Polish international has been nothing short of fantastic.
While that may be proof pointing towards a reason to keep him, for Kiwior, it may be even more reason for him to leave.
Kiwior is unlikely to dismantle either William Saliba or Gabriel, and while his stock is high, it may be the perfect time to sell.
