Arsenal are one of several teams to be linked with a move for Real Madrid star Rodrygo, heading into the summer transfer window.
It comes as Arsenal Insider understands that the Gunners are looking to add another winger to bolster their attacking ranks.
Sporting director Andrea Berta is tasked with finding more ways for Arsenal to score goals, with Mikel Arteta lacking in that department throughout the season.
A centre-forward is on the radar, but so too is a winger, as a threat from all areas of the pitch.
Real Madrid star Rodrygo is among those being assessed, following questions about his future at the club.

Arsenal transfer target Rodrygo misses El Clasico through illness and injury
With Arsenal targeting a possible move for Rodrygo this summer, there have been doubts creeping in surrounding his future at the club.
Carlo Ancelotti is set to leave Real Madrid at the end of the season, bringing a dilemma surrounding the new head coach.
Xabi Alonso is expected to join Real Madrid, though his trusted three-at-the-back may not accommodate Rodrygo.
Amid all of the uncertainty, Rodrygo’s lack of involvement in El Clasico, where Real Madrid lost to Barcelona and effectively ended their La Liga title hopes, came as a surprise.
Ancelotti looked to clear up any uncertainty and rumours early on, though, when speaking to the press.
“He recovered, but was not feeling well,” the Real Madrid boss said on the reason why the Brazilian missed out.
When asked about a possible rift between the two, Ancelotti played it down and said: “There’s nothing there, I have zero problems with him.
“He wasn’t at 100%. If I put him on for five or seven minutes, if he’s not at 100%, he’s only getting injured.”
It certainly puts an end to some of the speculation surrounding the pair, but it won’t end the discussion of Rodrygo’s future.

How good has Rodrygo been at Real Madrid this season?
It’s fair to say that the Real Madrid frontline has changed plenty over the past year, with the arrival of Kylian Mbappe shaking things up.
Rodrygo has still managed to land consistent minutes, despite all of the competition for places in the team.
The 24-year-old is versatile, capable of playing on the left wing, the right wing and as a centre-forward.
His end product, however, hasn’t quite been at the level of his Real Madrid teammates, but still at a decent level, with 13 goals and ten assists across all competitions.
| Appearances | Goals | Assists |
|---|---|---|
| 50 | 13 | 10 |
While he has clearly been a top player for Real Madrid, he appears to be the one out of the frontline that is most likely to make a move heading into the summer.
