Arsenal fans are eagerly awaiting the return of Bukayo Saka as the star steps up his recovery from injury in the weeks ahead.

The forward has been out of action since mid-December, where a serious hamstring tear against Crystal Palace has sidelined him for months.

With plenty of time passing since Bukayo Saka’s injury, there is hope that he will return to action again soon for Arsenal.

Saka was spotted back in training recently, though a place back in the side isn’t expected until at least after the international break.

The Gunners will particularly want the winger back for the Champions League quarter-final against Real Madrid, with a place in the final four up for grabs.

Bukayo Saka spotted at the Emirates Stadium for Arsenal vs PSV Eindhoven

Supporting the team this season, Bukayo Saka has been spotted at many different games while out through injury.

The Hale End academy graduate was present for Arsenal’s draw with PSV Eindhoven at the Emirates Stadium, watching on as his side kept their commanding lead to win 9-3 on aggregate.

With a place in the Champions League quarter-finals now secure, Saka will be keen to get on the pitch himself to feature in it.

While he was spotted at the Emirates Stadium, he also took some time to have a heartwarming moment with some young fans.

As shown by TNT Sports, Saka was walking through the backrooms of the stadium when he took time to high-five and greet some supporters.

Arsenal fans loved that moment as they flocked to social media to praise their starboy for the classy moment.

One supporter said: “Give him the keys to the Emirates,” while another added: “The boys got the keys to the Emirates.”

Others simply responded: “Starboy,” and “Bukayo Saka = Arsenal.”

The love continued to pour in for the winger, with one fan pointing out: “Awww Saka is their Henry.”

While another is desperate to see him play again, stating: “Not sure how much longer I can survive without watching him play football for my club.”

It shows the love that fans have for Saka, who will be hoping to repay that with time back on the pitch soon.

When will Bukayo Saka return from injury for Arsenal?

Bukayo Saka’s return from injury is highly anticipated for Arsenal fans, who will want to get a glimpse of the star once again.

It has been confirmed that he won’t be fit enough to feature against Chelsea, though the coming international break could offer him extra time to get fit again.

That means a return against Fulham could be on the cards in early April, gearing up for some big clashes.

Following such a long-term lay-off, it may take some time for Saka to hit the levels that he is capable of once again.

There won’t be much time for that though, if he is to make an impact on such big games as the two Real Madrid ties in April.
