Eberechi Eze has been discussing his time at Arsenal so far, and the attacking midfielder has made a promise about his form at the Emirates Stadium.
Mikel Arteta is still trying to understand the best role for his summer signing, with Eze’s performances leaving some asking questions.
Over the summer, Arsenal paid £67.5 million to sign Eze, but he has yet to justify that hefty price tag, although it seems likely we’ll eventually see him explode into life.
Following his mixed start to life at his boyhood club, Eze has made one promise to the club’s supporters that he’s going to start doing soon.

Eberechi Eze promises to keep improving at Arsenal over time
Eberechi Eze has promised to keep improving at Arsenal and express himself on the pitch at the Emirates Stadium.
The former Crystal Palace star is confident that the longer he spends at Arsenal, the more he will get used to playing with his new teammates.
It’s not quite clicked in North London for him just yet, as against Sunderland, Arsenal fans questioned Eze’s performance at the Stadium of Light.
But there have been flashes of brilliance, and over time, the 27-year-old is confident his best form will come to the fore in N5.
When asked about the flick to beat Dominik Szoboszlai on his debut, Eze told Arsenal’s YouTube channel: “I’m trying, this is it. That’s how I play football. That’s how I see football. I feel like I’ve been brought in to be myself and to play how I play.
“So yeah, I think as time goes on, I’m going to become more comfortable, understand the players and the people around me a bit more and stuff like that.”
Currently, Eze is away with England, but after the international break, he will be hoping to demonstrate the best of his abilities.
The midfielder would love nothing more than to get his second Premier League goal for the club, against the team he turned down to join Arsenal: Tottenham.
Eberechi Eze on making his Champions League debut
Eze has admitted that playing Champions League football was ‘so different’ to playing in the Premier League following his debut in the competition.
Eze made his Champions League debut against Athletic Bilbao at the Estadio San Mames, but the intensity caught him off guard.
“So it was a bit of getting used to it, right? Because it’s so different to the Premier League and I was sort of annoyed that I didn’t understand that or see that,” Eze claimed.
“But yeah, I spoke to my family afterwards. I was so happy. Everyone’s happy at this point. Everyone’s just enjoying and whatever, while I’m trying to work.”
