Spain star Dani Olmo has now picked one Arsenal ace among four England players ‘to be reckoned with’ ahead of clashing in the Euro 2024 final in Berlin on Sunday night.
A date with destiny awaits La Roja and the Three Lions this weekend with a slice of history at stake for both. Spain can become the first four-time winners of the European Championship, edging clear of Germany on three. England are still seeking their first-ever title at Euro 2024.
Either way, an Arsenal player will be crowned as David Raya helped Spain into the Euro 2024 final against Bukayo Saka, Aaron Ramsdale and Declan Rice with England. It is the first time since 2010 that Arsenal players represent both finalists of a major international tournament.

Dani Olmo names Bukayo Saka among the England players Spain must watch out for
Saka and Rice have been instrumental in England reaching the final, while Ramsdale is yet to feature at Euro 2024. Raya has also only featured once in Germany after starting Spain’s final group stage match. No England player has more minutes at Euro 2024 than Rice (601) so far.
England owe a great deal of gratitude to the work Saka has produced in Germany to make it to back-to-back European championship finals. And Olmo believes Saka is also one England player whom Spain must watch out for beside Jude Bellingham, Harry Kane and Phil Foden.

“I am not afraid,” Olmo told the Cadena Ser show El Larguero. “Bellingham, like Morata in our national team, is a reference.
“Football passes through his boots. Through his, Foden’s, Saka’s, Kane’s, he is a player to be reckoned with. Bellingham is always in the thick of things. But we are not afraid of anyone.”
Arsenal star Bukayo Saka has been key to England reaching the Euro 2024 final
Saka created England’s first goal at Euro 2024 when Bellingham headed home his deflected cross to beat Serbia 1-0. The 22-year-old was also pivotal in the Three Lions coming from a goal behind to beat Switzerland on penalties in the quarter-final with his 80th-minute goal.
Gareth Southgate has even relied on Saka to feature across the park in Germany with time spent at left-wing-back and right-wing-back, as well as his natural right-wing role. Now, the Arsenal product is one player Olmo claims Spain must watch out for in the Euro 2024 final.
It has not necessarily mattered where Southgate has deployed Saka for the Arsenal star to make an impact in Germany. His dangerous runs can run rings around full-backs when the forward is allowed to charge with the ball. Saka has also taken on his defensive duties well.
In this week’s episode of the Arsenal Insider Podcast, Will Jones and Rahul Lakhani debated England’s dramatic win over the Netherlands to reach the Euro 2024 final. With Arsenal duo Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka having opposing times, their roles against Spain were debated.
Arsenal are also closing in on agreeing to the departure of Nuno Tavares with a transfer now edging closer, so the pair have examined where it all went wrong for him. Jones and Lakhani have was also looked at the interest Fulham are showing in Emile Smith Rowe this summer.
