Eberechi Eze already has a few good friends at Arsenal.

Since then, Eze has become a star for club and country, and he is friends with Arsenal stars Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka, having spent time together with them in the England squad.

However, if he joins Arsenal, we think Eze will strike a new friendship with a player he has never played with before.

Eberechi Eze and Martin Zubimendi could become best friends at Arsenal

Martin Zubimendi has been announced as a new Arsenal player after months of speculation.

The Spaniard is going to make the Gunners significantly stronger next season. He is phenomenal on the ball and just as good off it, and we are convinced that he is going to be a star in the famous red and white.

Zubimendi is not just talented on the pitch, but he has incredible skills off it too. The new Arsenal signing loves playing chess and was even a champion at U12 level — he won the Gipuzkoa chess championships when he was just 11.

Another player who is a big fan of chess is Eberechi Eze.
