Arsenal’s forward line clicked back into place in the Champions League as they put seven goals past PSV Eindhoven in the round of 16 first leg.
Despite suffering from back-to-back games without a goal in the league, the Gunners were back at their free-flowing best at the Phillips Stadion.
Fans praised Ethan Nwaneri’s performance as the 17-year-old got on the scoresheet yet again while thriving in the space the opposition left him.
There was plenty of praise for Martin Odegaard and Mikel Merino as the pair also scored and looked impressive for Arsenal.
However, it was the performance of Leandro Trossard that has seemingly gone under the radar, despite being back to his best during Arsenal’s thrashing of PSV.

Leandro Trossard was back to his best for Arsenal against PSV Eindhoven
Arsenal winger Trossard has had a difficult season by his own standards, with difficulty in becoming the talisman for the forward line.
The Belgian international is the only senior recognised forward currently available who has been gaining regular minutes.
While Nwaneri is plying his trade, Raheem Sterling’s struggles have been clear, leaving Trossard with more responsibility with his other teammates out injured.
The 30-year-old hasn’t always managed to step up, but against PSV he firmly did.
With one goal to his name, Trossard managed to show the spark he has to be a pertinent threat to the opposition.
The Belgian managed to create two key passes, with an 89% success rate with accurate passing while he turned his opposite full-back inside and out several times.
It’s a display that Arsenal will need him to recreate in the weeks ahead to keep building moment for the latter rounds.

Leandro Trossard’s moment was always coming for Arsenal, with his quality clear during parts of the season but without the end product to show for it.
The winger even said as much just six days before the thrashing of PSV, when discussing a goalless draw with Nottingham Forest.
He told TNT Sports: “The effort is there, we try and try and try. We need it to click again, and then the goals will come.
“I don’t have an answer on why we could not score. I think we could have scored a lot of goals recently. We need to find a solution. That is down to the players and the staff, but I don’t think it is down to effort. We played well tonight.”
This time around, he and his teammates could find the answers and finally put a team to the sword with their chances.
