Arsenal are prepared to let several members of their first-team squad leave this summer.

Arsenal released twenty players earlier this month as the likes of Kieran Tierney and Jorginho moved on to new clubs on a free transfer.

Andrea Berta is now looking to raise further funds in his pursuit of a world-class striker and winger, Benjamin Sesko and Rodrygo remain as two of the club’s top targets.

Oleksandr Zinchenko is prepared to join AC Milan and Arsenal’s new sporting director is also ready to let another player depart who once caught the eye of Real Madrid president Florentino Perez.

Andrea Berta prepared to sell Karl Hein this summer

According to the Athletic, Berta is prepared to let goalkeeper Karl Hein leave the Emirates Stadium on a permanent deal this summer.

With Kepa Arrizabalaga set to join Arsenal, the 23-year-old Estonia captain has now moved further down Mikel Arteta’s pecking order and the club are now willing to part with Hein following a loan spell last season.

Hein impressed during his spell with Real Valladolid and is once again attracting loan interest from La Liga but the Gunners are hoping for a permanent sale.

Arsenal’s £200m budget this summer can be further strengthened with the sales of the likes of Hein and other loan stars such as Fabio Vieira and Reiss Nelson.

Karl Hein impressed Florentino Perez last season

As per Defensa Central, Real Madrid president Perez was impressed with Hein during his side’s La Liga clash with Valladolid.

Perez told footballing legend Ronaldo, who is the president of Valladolid that Hein had a ‘good build’ for a goalkeeper.

The Real Madrid president stated: “He has a good build, a very good goalkeeper.” However Ronaldo informed Perez that Hein belonged to Arsenal and was only on loan at the Spanish side.

With interest once again coming from La Liga, Hein could have the opportunity to impress the Madrid hierarchy once again next season.
