Transfer deadline day is over and done for another five months and Arsenal closed out the sales with Mikel Arteta sanctioning a few outgoings but did not greet an incoming.
Stan Kroenke, Arsenal’s owner, handed Arteta and sporting director Edu a significant budget to reshape their squad this summer. The Gunners have eyes on rivalling Manchester City for the Premier League title once more in 2023/24. They could not hold on for the 22/23 crown.
Champions League nights are also returning to Emirates Stadium after six years. So, Arsenal have brought Declan Rice, Kai Havertz and David Raya to north London. But the Gunners bid farewell to Granit Xhaka this summer and further players followed him out of their exit door.

Why Pele Is Overrated.
Deadline day further turned the entrance to London Colney into a revolving door as Arsenal agreed to some late signings and sanctioned a few outgoing transfers. So, with that in mind, here are the Gunners’ confirmed deals as the summer 2023 transfer window slammed shut.
