Ben White has been one of Arsenal’s most consistently strong performers, and one of the best professionals at the club.
White has played down talk about him doing anything different, but his remarkable fitness record over the years highlights his brilliant professionalism.
The 27-year-old has recently been playing through an injury, but White just underwent surgery which may mean he finally has a break from action.
Whilst he is well-loved at Arsenal, it is a different story with England. White has not linked up with his National Team squad since the 2022 World Cup, but that could change very soon.

Ben White ready for England recall under Thomas Tuchel
TalkSPORT have now revealed that after an absence spanning nearly two years, White is now ready to return to the England setup, under new manager Thomas Tuchel.
White previously rejected call-ups under Gareth Southgate, with it emerging that the defender had a fallout with Steve Holland, one of Southgate’s assistants.
Southgate stepped down from his role after losing a second Euro final, with England beaten by Spain in Berlin in July.
It appeared likely that White would never play for England again, with interim boss Lee Carsley opting not to call him up, but Tuchel has already had an impact.
Ben White impressed Thomas Tuchel in Arsenal vs Bayern Munich
Tuchel will have gained a glimpse of White’s true quality when Arsenal played Bayern Munich in the Champions League last season.
White was Arsenal’s best player in a 2-2 draw at the Emirates Stadium in the first leg, having assisted Bukayo Saka’s opening goal, before resisting the pressure of the occasion which affected some of his teammates.
The right-back remarkably outpaced Leroy Sane when the winger was through on goal, and his well-rounded qualities may make him perfectly suited for the German’s tactical style, which could see him employ a three-at-the-back formation.
