Arsenal are set for a busy week in the summer transfer window as Edu aims to complete several deals before deadline day.
The Gunners have until Friday night to lock in their squad until the January transfer window, giving Mikel Arteta lots to do before time runs out.
So far, Arsenal have welcomed David Raya on a permanent deal from Brentford, as well as signing Riccardo Calafiori from Bologna, with further incomings expected.
As well as pending arrivals, departures are also set to be on the cards, with a list of deals now poised to unfold before deadline day.

Three players Arsenal could sign before deadline day
Mikel Merino
Arsenal’s capture of Mikel Merino is all-but complete, as the player prepares to make the move from Real Sociedad to the Emirates.
Real Sociedad’s manager confirmed Mernio’s exit, with Arsenal’s announcement the only thing left to do in terms of closing the transfer saga.
The Gunners will pay around £34m for the Spain international, who will bolster Arteta’s midfield significantly, being a master of the number eight role.
Joan Garcia
Another capture from Spain could be Joan Garcia, who is pencilled in as a replacement for Aaron Ramsdale.
Arsenal are eyeing Garcia, who currently represents Espanyol in LaLiga, seeing the shot-stopper as a player to chase before deadline day.
The 23-year-old is highly-rated in Spain and could soon become Arsenal’s number two to Raya.
Nico Williams
If Edu wants to surprise fans this week, signing Nico Williams would be the best way to do so.
Arsenal are considering a late move for Williams, who has been an in-demand player this summer following his masterclass at Euro 2024.
Sporting a mere release clause of £48m, the winger could be the blockbuster, yet cost-effective signing that turns Arsenal into contenders to favourites for the Premier League title.
While the Gunners’ desire to swoop for the forward has come to light over the past week, it will be a challenge for Edu to pull off, which will indicate just how badly Arteta wants to capture his signature.

Three players who could leave Arsenal this week
Eddie Nketiah
Perhaps the most likely to leave Arsenal before deadline day is Eddie Nketiah, who has been linked to several clubs over the summer.
Nketiah looked to be joining Nottingham Forest however, it’s now a possibility that the Arsenal striker joins Crystal Palace, who have shown late interest.
While the Englishman’s destination remains uncertain, what does look certain is that his nine-year association with the Gunners will come to a close.
Aaron Ramsdale
In a similar situation is Ramsdale, who is pushing for an exit this week in a bid to revive his career.
The Englishman has been eyed by several clubs, including Wolves, Bournemouth and Ajax, with a loan looking the most likely pathway to a departure this summer.
Arsenal have made their transfer stance on Ramsdale clear, being only open to a loan if an obligation to buy is inserted, with an eventual sale price close to the £24m paid to sign him desired.
Reiss Nelson
Reiss Nelson’s future also remains unclear, as the winger is set for another season of limited game time in North London.
Leicester City were linked to Nelson earlier this summer however, nothing has materialised in terms of the two clubs striking a deal.
Being a player whose claim to the starting XI is weak, Arsenal should look to axe the Hale End product this summer, who earns £100k-a-week.
A move would be right for both the Gunners and Nelson, who needs regular football to continue his development.
