Arsenal are poised for a busy end to the summer transfer window with several deals expected on Deadline Day.
So far, Mikel Arteta and Edu have welcomed three arrivals to Arsenal with the most recent being Mikel Merino.
Earlier in the summer, the Gunners made David Raya’s loan from Brentford permanent, before welcoming Riccardo Calafiori to North London.
Arteta is set to integrate at least one other new face to his squad today, as the clock ticks down to the Friday night deadline.
Here is the latest news coming from the Emirates on Deadline Day.

Possible Arsenal arrivals on Deadline Day
Neto
As expected, a new goalkeeper will be signed today as Aaron Ramsdale has joined Southampton.
A deal to sign Neto on loan from Bournemouth has been struck, with the 35-year-old set to bolster Arteta’s options between the sticks.
Neto was welcomed to Arsenal’s training ground this morning ahead of his proposed loan move to North London.
The Brazilian is believed to be preferred as a second-choice target, with Arsenal learning Joan Garcia’s price tag amid links to the Espanyol keeper.
Raheem Sterling
While the deal to sign Neto is almost complete, Arsenal’s stance on Raheem Sterling is less clear.
The Englishman wants to leave Chelsea due to being exiled by Enzo Maresca however, his £325k-a-week wages are unlikely to be matched at the Emirates.
For now, there is a great lack of clarity surrounding the possibility of Arsenal signing the winger before the deadline, despite his desire to remain in London.
Journalist Kaya Kaynak reported that at this point in time, his transfer is ‘looking unlikely’ although, anything can change on Deadline Day.
Kingsley Coman
Arsenal have been offered Kingsley Coman as well as Sterling although, there is greater clarity on the Frenchman’s proposed move to Arsenal.
The Gunners were reported to be looking at the Bayern Munich winger as a player to bolster Arteta’s options going forward but, his transfer stance is currently ruling out an exit.
Coman will remain at Bayern despite generating interest from both the Premier League and Saudi Arabia.
There remains a substantial offer from Al Hilal for the forward but as for Arsenal’s interest, things seem to be cooling at this moment due to the understanding that he will remain in Bavaria.
Expected departures at Arsenal on Deadline Day
Eddie Nketiah
In terms of almost certain transfers away from Arsenal before the deadline, Eddie Nketiah’s move to Crystal Palace is simply pending announcement.
The striker is poised to move from North to South London by the close of play, with a deal worth £30m struck between the Eagles and the Gunners.
Nketiah’s nine-year association with Arsenal will come to an end, with a move to Palace a strong transfer for the former Hale End starlet.
Aaron Ramsdale
Ramsdale has joined Southampton in a permanent transfer after falling down the pecking order behind David Raya.
Arsenal will receive £18m up front for Ramsdale, with add-ons there that could take the fee up to £25m – £1m if the Saints remain in the Premier League plus £6m in performance add-ons.
A move has been on the cards for the Englishman since Raya’s arrival last summer, with the saga now closed.
Reiss Nelson
Finally, Reiss Nelson has been linked with a move to Fulham, where he could join Emile Smith Rowe at Craven Cottage.
It’s thought that Arsenal could demand a fee in the region of £20m for the academy graduate, who signed a new deal with the Gunners last summer.
There’s no guarantee that the Englishman will depart before the deadline, with no recent updates on his stance thus far.
